I hope it works. seldomTap 02-03-2003, 10:00 PM Biceps are a *****, they are arguably the most deisired muscle to be developed on every male, but in reality, mean the least. They tie in with any back work you do, so if you are doing any rowing or pulling motion, your biceps are working. Be sure to do heavy reps when doing back training, this will help a lot. As far as an actual bicep programme goes, I would suggest standing curls with a barbell, heavy but keeping good form. Don't swing the weight up very much. Dumbell curls, focus on the movement, get a full contraction at the top of each rep and squeeze hard (do this for all muscle groups, but you will notice it easier with bi's) and hammer curls to finish up. They focus slightly differently, but are good as they hit the brachioradialis, which is your forearm muscle that runs under your bicep and attaches on your upper arm.
