you said you wanted a mid 80's monte or a camaro...i don't know what you plan on spending but check into a 1987 buick grand national or a 1987 buick t-type.they are turbo charged v-6 ****in crazy machines.in 1987, they were the fastest american production car.there are 3 models, a gnx(top one, only made 547 of em), the grand national, and the t-type.the national and the t-type have the same engine, turbo, trans but the national has different interior, rims....the national you could probably get for 10-11k anf the t-type you could get for about 5-7k.
they are fast as ****,they will spank most mustangs, monte's, vettes.the new vettes, the lt1 can get it but the mid 80's would get smoked.the monte and the mustang don't have a ****in chance.

Yeah I saw 2 for sale in the area but they had the balls run out of them and the price was too much. They are really nice cars.
