see a good fighter doesn't always make a good trainer. If you fight like Tyson then maybe one of Mikes original trainers would be good for you. Cus Damato or Teddy Atlas.

And I would go with Teddy Atlas for me.

That's a very good point. Not all trainers, even the very good ones, are good for everybody. Some of the "great" trainers have a certain style that the boxer has to conform to, whether it fits him or not. A good trainer can develop YOUR style, no matter what that might be, and you can't really tell how things will work out before you've worked with the guy, big name or not.

is this limited to boxing?

anyways, in martial arts, i have trained with everyone i have wanted to already - lucky me, heh?

in boxing, i'd like to pick kostya tszyu's mind a bit. do some sparring and learn his exercise and skill training in detail.

Rick James. I wouldnt need any pointers from him, it just would be hillarious to have had him holdin the pads.

you beat me to it but the guy has some weird style of training and unorthrodox training going to lead to unorthodox style that is hard to adapt to :D

Nacho Beristain for me . I like the way his fighters fight. Technical, but can also be brawlers at times.
