I dropped my 360 and it scratched the **** out of my GOW game. So I had to buy a new copy...

I left my 360 on one day for a LOOOONG ass time and it was extremely hot and made me lag on the game so I turned it off. The next day during GRAW 2 it started freezing on me without any red lights to tell me what was wrong.

I bought a 360 fan for it to keep down the temp. but it didn't really work (cooled it down but didn't solve my prob). It kept on freezing without any signs of red lights.

Yesterday, I was testing out my GOW game again. I changed it so when I turn my game on I have it at the dashboard. I clicked "play game", it didn't do anything it said open tray. So I opened it and checked out my game (gow brand new), and put it back in but it said the same exact thing "Insert disk".

Around 2 hours later, I tried to turn it back on but it kept freezing at the start up screen (still no red lights!). 3 tries later it finally didn't freeze and I clicked the "play game" button.

The game started up. Suddenly it said "Please insert this game into an xbox 360" and it had the play button the pause button etc. as if I were playing a DVD.

Now when I try to turn it on 4 red lights come up. I checked all the wires and my HD. Everything is connected.

Call X-box 360 support...As long as your x-box was purchased in the last year, I'm decently sure you have a 1 year warranty. You speak to the indian guy as clearly as you can and he'll tell you to try a few things that probably won't work..

You give him your name and address and he sends you a box (in 3-4 days) in the mail. You get the box, but the 360 in the box, send it to an address they give you on the phone...You get your 360 back in 9-10 days after shipping it..
and you get a 1 free month of LIVE GOLD..

All free

This is assuming
1)the systems not stolen
2)You haven't opened the 360 for any reason

When you call have a paper and pen ready, The serial number off the back of the system ready, and alot of patience, cause non of them speak good english...

For the support number go here-

Its funny how people keep saying that. Its like a 360 isnt even worth stealing, its its own anti-theft device.

Thanks, I'm going to send it in for repairs.

Yeah I was going to get it stolen but then the guy wasn't selling anymore, he was too scared of getting caught.
