can someone point me in the right direction to a program that i can use to change the type of image.the ones i have tried ****in work like ****.i saved a pic as "Art" cause thats all it would let me save it as.i want to use it as my avatar but my host won't accept it cause it is not jpeg or gif and i can't even preview it on my comp.i just tried irnfanview view or some **** and when i tried to open it with that it said invalid format.

please tell me what the **** i am doing wrong..i am getting this problem a lot lately.

when you "save as" after the file name... put .gif. (ie. myavatar.gif; myavatar.jpeg)
