McAlister 04-10-2007, 04:31 PM Is there any trick to doing the cross? do you just bring your arms across and lift your knees up high on the jump? cross your arms when they are on the way down (just before you jump again).. I find it easier to cross right arm over left (if your right handed) left arm over right (if your left handed) DoctorKillJoy 04-10-2007, 04:35 PM cross your arms when they are on the way down (just before you jump again).. I find it easier to cross right arm over left (if your right handed) left arm over right (if your left handed) Thanks, I'll have to try that out tomorrow. platinummatt! 04-10-2007, 05:53 PM I dont really know, it looks good any people says it good but I havent had a proper look. What he says causes a knockout is wrong though Trick 04-10-2007, 11:17 PM I dont really know, it looks good any people says it good but I havent had a proper look. What he says causes a knockout is wrong though He writes some good stuff. There are a million things that cause a knockout though, so I wouldn't get on him too hard about that. No one can say the guy is in bad shape, nor that he doesn't know how to train. Chipper 04-10-2007, 11:31 PM I bought one of his books. I reccomend everyone does the same. Some really clever stuff in there. Animal Squabbs 04-11-2007, 12:43 PM Some of the stuff he does looks effective. I noticed when he does the intensifying the heavy bag video he goes non stop punching but only shows 30 seconds, why not the whole round huh???:dunno: |
