I believe it was in the 15th round, i'm not quite sure.
This knockdown has been ignored by many people, calling it a slip etc. But it is a legitimate knockdown. Not that there's any shame in getting knocked down by Earnie Shavers.

It wasnt the 15th man! I just checked. I think it would have been the first knockdown in the early rounds

And matt it's the second round where shavers connects with a right and Ali has that exaggerated shock on his face.

In all fairness, Shavers did dominate the 14th round while Ali looked off his mark, tired, and sloppy. Of course, he was probably resting, as we see him put on a great show towards the end of the 15th.
