iv been trying to build up my chest recently by doing lots of push ups, but the middle if my chest is still really bony, anyone know how i can beef it up?

Not said above: If your only doing push ups then do decline push ups, dive bomber and most importantly for your mid chest Diamond push ups. Also try some push up bars.

Do bench flies. It ripps it up real niceee.
