I was wondering which would be a better all-around glove to train with, specifically with the intent of encouraging hand speed. I'd use them largely for bag work, but I figured I could use the 18 oz also for sparring. Right now I only have enough money to buy one pair and I want to make it count.
I'm 6'3" and 190 lbs. for what it's worth.

yo go with the first link, they have alot of padding and support.
