I thought that this season looks to be pretty interesting, now that its just one weight class its like one big tournament, White said on the show that they'll have to win 3 fights just to make the finals this season. And they were showing clips of the guys getting in fights at the house, which should be pretty good as well. I'm looking forward to seeing that 6'4 ****er fight, see if hes really any good or not. Overall i think this season looks pretty good.

yeah that **** Penn pulled was pretty stupid, i mean it was interesting for the show, but the rivalry between Penn and Pulver was really influencing their actions it seemed. But they both seemed pretty competent to me, they each brought in some credable guys to help coach and it seemed like they were both making the guys work hard from the bit they showed. I want to see the best fighters prevail, and i'd hate to see some guys fall behind due to inferior coaching, i thought that this seemed to play a role with Shamrocks team in the Shamrock vs Tito season.

Season 2 had the best fighters that have gone on to actually do something though season 1 was pretty good also. Season 4 was garbage in my opinion. Season 5 looks good so far.

yeah i agree, the contender licks balls compared to TUF. I think it came first, but i just thought it was a good example, i meant its based on the same idea.
