If you do not get it looked at, there's a good chance your career really is over.

Shoulder injuries can be bad but pretty common unfortunately. Just pray it's minor.

There could be something you were meant to learn from the injury too. Often life pushes us around because we're meant to learn something and if we don't learn it, it continues to push us around.

I learned a few things from when I did mine:
1) arm wrestling is a very stupid, very ridiculuous 'sport'
2) I learned how to work around an injury and do different exercises I would never have normally done or considered.

We are gettin along good. I think Sat we are gonna go to The Nakamal (Thats a Kava bar) and play some Backgammon since she can't actually drink the Kava due to her meds.

look up the Kava stuff its pretty cool.

I'm hungry and hurt.

My family hates me, and i want to die for every reason except Mat Girl and my homeboy Tom.

Well I take injuries in perspective.

I think fighters in particular look at injuries in short term and rarely look into the long term. **** how many injuries do you think guys like Tito, Sakuraba and Silva took to get where they are???

I don't know the specifics on your situation but chances are you can learn something from the whole mess. Reflect over it and your situation. I'm sure you learn something. And if you do, then you know for a fact it wasn't a waste.

Good luck with your date, man.
