if i was to get a fairly large bump on my nose from sparring, would that mean its broken? if not, how do you know if your nose is broken?

i think you can go to the hospital to get your nose fixed if its broken, so i was wondering, if someone was to knock a bump into my nose , would that mean am eligible to get it fixed
