Im about to go to the gym in about 2hrs... would should I eat before I go?


Nutri grain bars?


Normally Id grab some mcdonalds, but Ima stay away from that from now on

2 hours before exercise, ramen noodles. complex carbs, or any other noodles. youll be a beast.

if u really wanna do better I recommend wheat noodles and if you dont jhave acid reflux maybe a light italian dressing, instead of cheapo ramen noodles, which have 2k mg salt in them. always pop 2 multivitamins after every meal if youre an athlete.

well a lil late with the noodle thing cuz I just went and bought some.. but next time... and where can I order those vitamins ?

LOL @ Ramen Noodles. Are you kidding me? Those things pack 100 calories each. Two hours before a workout I try to get at least 700 calories, plus extra calories with milk.

I can't get over it, but "Ramen Noodles" and "beast" in the same sentence, that's ****ing hilarious.

Just rinse the cup out till out the flavoring is gone and all you have left is the noodles and not all that other ****.
