Normally Id grab some mcdonalds, but Ima stay away from that from now on

SquareCircle 04-05-2007, 06:10 PM if u really wanna do better I recommend wheat noodles and if you dont jhave acid reflux maybe a light italian dressing, instead of cheapo ramen noodles, which have 2k mg salt in them. always pop 2 multivitamins after every meal if youre an athlete.

well a lil late with the noodle thing cuz I just went and bought some.. but next time... and where can I order those vitamins ?

LOL @ Ramen Noodles. Are you kidding me? Those things pack 100 calories each. Two hours before a workout I try to get at least 700 calories, plus extra calories with milk.

Just rinse the cup out till out the flavoring is gone and all you have left is the noodles and not all that other shit.
