i can not believe that this is happening.let me set the scene for you.we have assigned parking at my complex and last night we borrowed a car from the wife's parents so i could go to my evaluation today.i parked it in the back of the building like my ****in manager said.i come out to go to my appointment and the ****in blazer is gone.i knew right away that it got towed but i had to get to my appt. so the wife had to leave work and take me.i get back and i go to the manager to find out wtf is going on and she told me who towed it and why.she said that half of hte back spaces are assigned and the other half is extra.i parked my blazer in the wrong half.she said they are numbered but there is ****in snow and ice all over the place and i can't see ****.i never paid attention to what side is what, i never had to.so i guess this guy comes home from work and can't park in his space so he has mine towed.

here comes the pissed off part.it is gonna cost me $104 to get the blazer back.now, at any given time back there, there is at least 20 parking spaces that are empty.this dude could have been a decent guy and parked in the next ****in space that is empty, but no.so, the manager tells me who it was, i go down to sort this whole thing out.first off, the guy is being a total dick.he comes out into the hallway and we start to have it out a little bit.i told him that he could have parked in the next space and left my **** alone.he ****in gets right in my face you know with his chest all puffed out and tells me that i need to get out of his face and if he sees my blazer in his spot, or anyone elses he is gonna tow it again and there is not a damn thing i could do about it.
that was it for me.1 straight shot, right to the mouth.he dropped down and cupped his face in front of hie mouth and it was filling up with blood.i said **** you and i walked away.as i was leaving he said "wait and see"..i don't know what the **** that means but i can garauntee that if he says one ****in word to me or my wife or touches one of our cars, that will definately be hiss ****in ass.

sorry for the long post.i just can not believe that this happening to me right now.

One time a neighbor towed my car within 1 hour of me parking in her spot. There was absolutely nowhere else to park and she had my **** towed. I was battling food poisoning and I had a 104 degree temprature. I was feeling like **** and this ***** has my car towed. My last 160 dollars went to getting my car back, rtaher than feeding my family. That was my grocery $ for the week.

Thank you for reminding me of that. Tonight, I'm going back to my old apartment building to wedge 16-penny nails under her ****ing tires.

Don't blame you, people are *******s. If the cops come say you were defending yourself. Tell your wife to lie and say she saw the whole thing from the parking lot, he came after you, invaded your space cushion, you warned him once, and then you popped him in the mouth, and went home.

Waylander is right and make sure you say he was aggressive in all of his actions which in turn caused you to believe that your safety was in danger.

thanks guys.i really don't think he will call the cops but i will do the best i can.i was pissed cause i had that appointment today that i waited 6 months for.i was late because of this and it don't look good on me.i was going to go this weekend and buy a spongebob bowling ball for my boy cause he is in a league and now i don't know if i will be able to.i guess i will have to cash advance a credit card or something.
it sucks cause there are all kinds of empty spacec back there.he had plenty of places to park.a cool person would have left a note saying it was his spot and he would like it back, not just tow the ****.

i'm pretty mellow now but i ****in swear man, if that dude says one thing to me, or even thinks about saying something to my wife, i'll throw him a ****in stomping like he has never seen before.
