What are you trying to do? Starve yourself down to make weight?
Or are you trying to gain weight and move up a class?
Because that looks like a pretty damn good maintenance routine there.
BrooklynBomber 04-04-2007, 09:27 PM This whole diet looks like something I could eat on lunch break between classes....all of it, to be precise.
PunchDrunk 04-04-2007, 09:34 PM That looks like it's not enough food. Especially if you train a lot. How many calories total?
Oh, and where are the vegetables???
BrooklynBomber 04-04-2007, 09:46 PM There are pretty much little to none carbs in this diet, no vegetables and decent proteins.
Im trying to get down to 115.

Damn would you guys ease up? lol. he's 125 pounds.
A guy his size who is trying to drop to 115 doesn't need to eat like us tanks. I think his diet routine is looking good for his goal.

Chris46 04-05-2007, 09:16 AM Looks alright to me. Im looking to sort out my nutrition and have cut out laods of things completely and cut down on alot of things, used to eat maybe 4 or 5 bars of chocolate every day lol, now i would have 1 every week or so, also fizzy drinks, i don drink coke or anthion like that anymore. Loads of water, lucozade and sometimes BPM or redbull and i have seriously noticed a difference in fitness levels and have lost 2 pounds in a few days - not alot i know but hey. Im 10 Stone 7 Pounds now. Also my stamina has greatly increased but i think this is a mixture of my diet and training harder.

2lbs is a lot in a few days
Chris46 04-05-2007, 10:04 AM this will probably sound stupid and unbelievable but i actually can feel a difference in the way my body feels. It feels much healthier, im not sure if this is just in my head or what lol.
Super_Lightweight 04-05-2007, 12:03 PM You should get more of your protein EARLIER in the day. This speeds up your metabolism. Protein takes more energy (calories) to digest. Get it in there earlier. This is according to my trainer who is with the American College of Sports Medicine.

I agree. Protein earlier in the day, carbs after training.
