I took a cue from 0The Jake and logged my night at work.

6pm walk to maintenance area to see my tools have been used and not put away
610 found note from 1st shift guy explaining why he didn't have time to do anything
800 except for a few minor things I'm done for the night unless anything goes wrong.
900 eat snack
1000 dude has been in the bathroom for an hour and I gotta pee
1010 pee outside
1100 foreman calls to tell me machine is down and he's done everything to get it started.
1115 hit reset switch and press start button.....machine works now
1200 lunch
100 nap
200 need a bottle of water so drive forklift to gas station down the block
230 explain to cops WHY I drove forklift to gas station
300 fix temp sensor wire
330 tell operator not to hang his coat on temp sensor wire
430 read paper
530 put away tools and leave note for dayshift guy Not to touch my tools
600 clock out go home
630 post whore in OT

813 going to sleep

its just a small plant that makes plastic. I have an "official" title but I can't spell it. Basicly the sheep come in and tear **** up and I fix it. As you can see my nights are slow and boring. My boss won't let us have internet access because he's afriad we'll play online all night. "smart man" So I do stupid **** like drive the forklift to the gas station and make scrap iron sculptures.
But I go back to Days in a couple of weeks so I'll have to find other creative outlets.

Curly keep the posting dude. I love to hear these kinds of stupid workplace stories.
