But after a few washes, they've held up well. And if you want some cheap jogging pants, go to Sports World if you have one. Or JJB. You could probably pick some up for less than a tenner. LOl, Im the guy that gets the new matching outfit... and I text my girl alot while im at the gym (like when I go to get some water, Ill text a word or two), but I dont leave early... I figure that you weight less because of the water weight you loose when running, but you regain that as soon as you drink some water. So does it anyone know if running in one help you loose calories? |
