How often do you guy's spend training in the Boxing gym?
I have started to go Tuesday's Thursdays and Saturdays. I was wondering if this is ok. I would like to probably go 4 days a week, but I am scared of burning my body out. Do you think leaving a day gap in between each session is a good idea? I am new to this so I am interested to see what others do.

My schedule is a bit ****ed at the moment, but usually it's:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday at boxing for an hour and a half a day. We do cardio and bodyweight training here too.

Running twice a day, morning and night.

The the gym sometimes; around twice a week.

But I do nothing at all on sundays, just rest.

I hate running, or jogging, both bore the hell out of me!! As for getting up at 6 AM, i couldn't do that, especialy if at 10 PM the night before id ran 2 miles!! I like to go to bed late and get up late, train at the gym in the evening 3 times a week sometimes 4 and if i really feel im getting unfit i might go out for a jog but thats RARE

Thanks for the reply’s guy's.

I have gone from doing pretty much nothing my whole life, was never into sports, never did allot of exercise But late last year I got sick of being a fat lazy bastard. So I have been hard at it since November. I have lost allot of weight and now I am finding I am getting addicted to training, hahahaha.

I think I will start pushing myself harder.
