Press Alt or Ctrl PrtScn, the PrtScn button should be next to your scroll lock button then go to paint and paste......

I did the same thing...

ctrl - printscreen stores the picture in memory
you then need to paste it into a drawing program (I used paintbrush). click on start, programs, accessories, paintbrush. then click the edit menu and paste. then save the image

you then need to upload the image via. ftp.
