my ****in toilet is out of commission.here is the deal.when you fluch it, the water comes up to the top, almost dumping out onto the floor.then it slowly goes down all the way so there is no water in it at all.the manager said to try and take a plunger to it but i think she just don't want to fork over the cash to get it fixed.if it was blocked up down there, i'm thinking the water wouldn't go all the way down.
maybe she used to be a plumber, i don't know.anyone know what the deal is?

A plunger might fix it...Or your main is backed up. Does water come out of any of your other drains when you flush? If not I bet a plunger and some rigid elbow grease will fix i.

you were right bzob.i blasted it a couple times with the plunger and it all went down and now everything is copasetic.
