Frank has been off for a long time now, so these fights are just what he needs to get his ring rust off, these guys may not be the best fighters out there but I dont believe they are tomato cans.....

Whoever gets this fight is a lucky guy. A Frank comeback is big news, with big coverage to follow it...could be the big break for a guy like Almeida or Robert Ferguson...

Almedia has been training like a mad man and his skills have improved drastically. I would like to see that one.
