Ive witnessed nearly every single team in the top two divisions fans and the worst ive ever seen would have to be cardiff. Bare in mind im only talking about inside of the stadium but they jumped the corden seperating the fans and caused mayhem. Hooliganism does happen but mostly not near the stadium, if it does it mainly drunk chavs who arent really hooligans.

Millwall and portsmouth are 2 big ones. Lots of books on it.
