How good was this guy though? His record is 70-2, with 65 wins by KO/TKO. Even his two losses are supposed to be questionable. He surely must have been one hell of a striker himself. He also has a 5-1 with 3 wins by stoppage record in pro boxing.

I never considered conventional forms kickboxers a threat to Mixed Martial Artists. This goes back to the whole "Well only if Don the Dragon fought MMA" etc. Alexio was a technician and would try to outpoint Mirko in a stand up fight.....he circles....tests leg kicks and tried to add points.

Hardly any killer instinct compared to a guy like Mirko. Alexio like Don the Dragon Wilson was a pure kickboxer, and both of them fought eachother in probably the most boring fight of all time. Either way all Don the Dragon fights were boring.

All he did was circle around, fake a leg kick, then double snap kick for points.

It's gay and Mirko would literally maime and cripple them.

Dennis' second loss was due a broken leg from a leg kick. The fight lasted 6 seconds. Alexio fought American Kickboxing rules on almost all of his fights. That style does not allow kicks below the waist. I think CroCop's leg kicks could well win him the fight.

The way I feel is.

Alexio to Mirko....... is going from Sport to Business. One guy is a skilled kickboxer pedigreed in forms. One guy is a real life counter terrorist, weapons expert and hand to hand specialist.
