it could be the sauce, my stomach doesn't usually start boiling after i eat fried chicken. it seems to be a pretty reoccuring thing though when i eat chicken salad.

A person on a proper diet should be preparing their meals way in advance and not relying on the local take out. 99% of the time my meals are prepared:
chicken foccacias, tuna salads, cottage cheese & fruit, protein shakes & carb bars.
It doesn't take that much effort to prepare healthy and tasty foods. Just a little creativity and a little forethought.
If I buy anything it's either a) my junkfood day b) chances are I've got a very good idea what's in it.
I CERTAINLY don't buy food from places if I don't trust the cook....

Then... you're ****ed unfortunately.
I've heard of some people explaining to teachers (or their bosses) that they have special dietary needs that must be fulfilled and since the school or workplace doesn't permit you to bring in food then they must provide for you, otherwise they are discriminating on the grounds of lifestyle. It's like Jews getting their kosher meals and **** like that, same principle.
So you can present it to the principal or something that they must either a) cater to your diet, or b) let you bring in your own food. Otherwise you are entitled to sue them.
I have no idea if it's true or not but a lot of people will get very panicky when you drop lots of big words like "discrimination" into a sentence.
