Yeah what kind? I always like to hear brand comparisons. Any Whey protein or anything else? Whats your body fat now, go off creatine and it will help.

asif u call that skinny lmao.
im 6ft 4 and 156 pounds, thts skinny lol, i got muscle on me but hardly any fat, still to get me upper legs done, chest, arms and lats.

only thing ive improved is my abbs and traps... ill get a better updated pic soon.

TBH, i havent a clue, but its around 9% id say, im allways out skating or riding MTB and then chillin with weed, i get the munchies but put it off to stay high, i eat loads of crap like crisps (chips), chocolate and that. love my real foods like steaks, pastas n tht, but i allways active untill the nght so i guess thats how i stay slim.

erm i think thers a few ways, but thse fuking caliper things pinch your skin and the thikness of the skin determins your %age.

peaceyeh...they used that **** when i was in middle skool..the caliper has numbers , thats how it tells you how much body fat u have.

Go to any gym, like 24 Hour Fitness, you can ask one of the trainers to do a body fat % test on you, they'll do it free.


@ The Underboss, good work man...but in the first pic you look like you might've been like 13-15% BF or maybe even less...so when you bulked up, did you notice a lot of fat along with the muscle...?

You should get it done by someone. There are electrical current devices that measure it that you can buy (some scales also have really crappy ones) but they're really not very good. Actually the simple caliper method is one of the best, so long as it's done right.
