I have been here an hour and taken only four calls.

They have involved:
- a new product being launched and sold, with clients calling expecting support and we have had NO TRAINING ON IT WHATSOEVER
- a route being stolen by us (by accident no doubt) and routed to a spam network, now the Aussie Federal Police and the DSD are involved.
- a marketing ****head from our parent company who wants to completely alter our entire customer front end database to change the color scheme and **** and change the entire access for our parent company.

Please God, take me now.

Jake...what the **** is going on in Melbourne today? I just saw on the morning news that a group of fat women is having a nude rain dance...is there something in the water to make thse abominations do this?

We don't have enough water for us to be drinking S;eldom. We're under water restrictions remember? That said, normally I'd agree.

I dunno.. honestly.... it's like every ****ed up call you can imagine is happening.

After lunch the entire support (both teams) got hauled into the business room to assure everyone that our jobs are secure and we won't be walked out. Blah blah blah. Like lambs to the slaughter. Basically saying if we do our jobs we won't be given the **** house treatment.

Somehow I am skeptical... isn't it normal that those assurances go out right before an immediate round of layoffs?

Not that I care, my situation is ok. But I do worry about my friends....

Found out we have more money than anticipated. Been made a good offer on buying a version of Cashflow boardgame. Raised with Arju. We will most likely purchase.

Looks like today has been a fine day for investments! Hahaha...

if only I can avoid more absurd calls... which is most likely possible as I'm only taking billing calls atm. Anything too obsurd here gets escalated....

I wish Arju's Mom would send me cash as well...

sorry Bro, forgot about Melbourne having water restrictions and all...are you bathing at the beach yet? It is good you know, I use to do it for a while when one of my old places of residence had the water cut off
