I was at an amateur show... as I was supposed to be fighting there and the ¨special guest¨ was him. He was watching the fights, handing out the trophies and talking to anyone that wanted to speak to him. Ended up that all 4 of my trainers went over and had a little conversation with him. I knew he was in the building but one of my trainers said ¨ever spoken to a world champion?¨ I was like ¨errrr, probably not¨ and in the end I shook his hand, said bye to him as we were leaving at that point (it was the end of the night and the last bout was done). So yeah, good guy...

My towns only world champion or ex world champion alongside Duke McKenzie... and any of the other McKenzies who got to world champ status (where there any?).

Áhhhh, dont remind me of my weight, its depressing.

I fight at 68kg but I really shouldnt be. I should be nearer the 64kg mark but dont even get me started on this topic its just saddening.

Nothing sad about it. You do look much heavier though.

Probably why you carry a lot of pop in your punches .

Im in the best shape of my life but also the heaviest. But when I say heavy dont be thinking Vanessa Feltz style. You will see when I post my next video, but I am far from overweight. When I say to people that I need to lose 4kg, they say that I wouldnt able to. So that puts it in perspective.

Depressing still, for me.

Dont be stupid though, mature as well as possible. When I competed and artifically kept my weight low(132pounds) it caused me a lot of health problems. After I was done with boxing, I gained 30 pounds in a little more then one year, which is now my weight.
