Wrestling with my dad ( Yep, not in a dojo or anything, but it is till good ) and I had him in the four quarters. It was cool and was holding him down well he wasnt having much luck getting me off and I could see him getting tired. But he managed to get me off by pushing with both hands on the arm of me nearest to me head so was basically pressing me down towards his legs. Im guessing the best thing to have done would have been to just knock his hands away, but this was quite hard to do, and I didnt feel like I wanted to do this. so eventually he got me off and got the same pin on me.

Also I cricked my neck a bit, and I feel a bit dizzy in my head. I dont have pools of blood collecting in my brain do I

Any help?
Thankyou

i think the 4 quaters is when he has your back...if so...roll to your right/left...while doing so push down the his leg ( thats touching the ground) and twist your body to a closed guard...while doing all this, use your other hand to stop punches/rnc.....easier said than done!
