Can anyone give me what they know about Bob Satterfield who fought back in the 50's out of Chicago? I have a lot on him, but anything I can get will be appreciated, particularly between the time he retired and the time he died.
Thanks

Yes. It's the best one so far and won the author a pulitizer. Thanks, Kid. Aside from that, the pickens get slim.

I didn't read it all right now, but what I did read was excellent. I believe there was a movie made about that story. "Resurrecting the champ", with samuel L. Jackson. Decent movie. Sad story.

Isn't it a little late posting a reply? Anyways, I've seen that movie. It's based on a true story. Samuel L. Jackson plays an imposter Bob Satterfield. A gullible reporter believes that he was the real deal. The movie wasn't that bad.
