The barrage of ****ed up calls today is unbelievable...

Irate *******s ringing to speak to supervisors and wouldn't you know it, not a single ****ing supervisor in sight....

Rude bastards with the inability to properly articulate their questions raising their voices at me and getting all stroppy when I can't understand their warped version of English....

Clients who cannot understand why it is not our responsibility to manage their network. I liken this analogy to a car dealship selling you a car, they're not responsible if you have a car crash 2 years down the line are they? But alas, this analogy and my words fall on deaf ears....

Very soon, I shall unleash the fury on these people.... has anyone got any advice? To help me calm down and avoid unleashing hell?

I like that.... possibly. I got a new boss though and I'm pretty sure he's scared ****less of me. If he told me to do something and I said no, I'm pretty sure he'd back down.

We have had one staff member resign today and another just flipped out and stormed off when he was told he couldn't have lunch at 1pm.

So I'm pretty sure I'm needed around here :) :) :)

I was told yesterday I am not allowed to leave for LA as my boss has dubbed me his new personal trainer.

As it stands I have his booklet for his new $2k home gym and wants me to tailor a program from that for him.

I don't mind... he's an ok guy. I disagree with a lot of the ways he does things but he hasn't bothered me yet. :)

Mmmm... I might be able to milk extra privelages off the phones which would disgust everyone in the Level 1 and 2 helpdesk in light of todays' recent sackings.
