just wondering has anyone seen or heard anything from Bowe? is he in fighting shape?

I haven't seen him, i have looked for recent pictures of him but cannot find any. I don't agree that he should be allowed to fight again, all the experts have said that he shouldn't. I would hate to see anything bad happen to him, he was a respectable champion. Always entertaining to watch but that was about 10 years ago now and i think we all know he will be a drastic shadow of his former self. 10 years is a long time out of the fight game.

I saw him on a playground with a helmet and a drool cup losing a game of "tic-tac-toe" to a 5 year old.

everyone thinks they could do what foreman did, but what they fail to realize is that foreman hits harder than anyone to every fight, thats why he was so successful. but bowe may still be able to take out Ruiz and Bryd. I think brewster will be able to take out Bowe. VK and bowe would be a good fight. due to there styles

:D Do you think Vitali Vs Bowe would be Golota all over again? (Apart from the low blows of course) I personally don't think Bowe will reach world level again, he was a tired fighter at the age of 28 so i doubt he will be able to get their now. I hope he proves me wrong i really do.

No not really to be honest, like i said i don't think he will reach Audleys level even. He's shot and it's a young mans sport.

Didn't Bowe have a fight last year? I forget who he fought but it was on FSN. He didn't look in good shape at all. But boxers always have to try an' make a come back don't they? Like they still have something to prove.

Riddick Bowe is having a TUNE-UP fight against Michael Steeds whos record is 7-1 but has a lot of experience (Amatuer fights over 200) but Professional record is crap, with 2 KO's, I think Bowe is coming to England to fight.

He took many, many shots in the Holyfield fight and the Golata fights. According to Boxrec he is supposedly fighting in march??? They showed how he talked when he started boxing, and how he talks now :(

I didn't see the HBO special, but I've heard Bowe talk it is sad.I mean boxing officials and docters see this, but they still allow Bowe and other fighters affected by the after affects of boxing to fight. Why?
