Picked up Orwell's 1984 (oughta be a good 2 day read) and Rollins' Black Coffee Blues... Pile reccomended Solipsist, but I couldn't find it. Perhaps next paycheck.

I'm going to start buying books again. I need more literature in my life.

Black coffee blues is good from what Allison told me a while back.

I started reading 124 Worlds last night. It's amusing so far. I like Rollins' brand of expression. He was never really much of a comedian to me... he can be funny, but in a very cynical sense that almost makes it too serious for humor. He subscribes heavily to his own beliefs, as most philosophers do.

I think you would greatly appreciate "Snow Crash" by Neal Stephenson, Dave. I think it fits your personality and interests to a proverbial "T."

Coming from a guy with "Dawg" in his name I find that post surprising.

I refuse to respond until you make that a complete and coherant sentence.

Now then. It's a good book, I enjoyed it a lot. Maybe the most entertaining book I've read that isn't written by a professional wrestler.

It's set in the future. Now, before I tell you, this book was written in the early nineties, I think, so it's kinda scary how things ended up working out. Basically it's the future based in I think Southern California. Hiro Antogonist (pun!) is the main character. He's a cyber hacker/pizza delivery man/samurai. Anyways, in the future pretty much anyone logs into the net virtual reality style.. like the sims, but you're actually there. Someone has a dastardly plot, and it's up to Hiro to save the day. It sounds corny, but seriously is one of the best books I've ever read, especially if you have interests in ass-kicking, witty Bruce Willis-style one-liners, and the internet. This book has it all.
