When your shadow boxing should you use gloves?? I never have, and i mean never.

its up to you, i feel comfy with my gloves on.

Maybe i shoud.....thinking about it, it would make more sense to...... lol

Sometimes I do, just to figure out where my openings are.

plus it feels weird not having my gloves up at my face

Our trainers sometimes have us do "touch boxing" drills, rounds where we just wear wraps and do light touches with our fingertips. Kinda like slap fighting only very, very light. It reminds us that we're doing something more or less street-practical.

We do a similar thing too

Personally, I usually do it wraps only. Although to be honest I don't shadowbox as much as I should, I only really do it to warm up/cool down, except for the 4 rounds I do with 2lbs in my hands usually everyday.
