I dont have set times for anything so no times but when I go to the boxing gym I... Jumprope 3 rounds Speed Bag 3 rounds ShadowBox and moving in the ring 3 rounds Double end bag 3 rounds heavybag 3 rounds uppercut bag 3 rounds then I go off and do about 5 more rounds on different things like heavybag and speed bag. Also I go to a 24 Hour fitness alot and do cardio like the treadmill or elliptical machine. Lift heavy on the weights even though I shouldnt for boxing. Im starting to do some swimming there too. I run the track at a local high school I do the "sledge hammer" workout. Normally I go to the boxing gym 3-4 times a week and do one of the other things 1-2 times a week. Sometimes I do all in ONE DAY. Im probably the most inshape and healthy 260 pounder you will find. |
