Sometimes a song is enhanced by a rap break (Redman guesting on Dirrrty, Ludacris on Yeah!)

Sometimes it's just a few verses, but it seems to fit the song (Motownphilly, Heavy D on MJ's Jam)

Sometimes it seems to drag a song down (TI on My Love)

Sometimes it's so god awful one can't believe that the rapper was paid for his efforts (Mike Jones on In Luv Wit a Stripper)

What are the best and worst rap breaks to you guys?

I like Fabo's verse on that Jimmy Cozier joint "She's All I Got"

Bone Thugs on Montell Jordans "Falling"

Missy Elliot on SWV's "Can We Get Kinky"

All three of those are great songs. That SWV joint has one of the smoothest beats I've ever heard. I think Yukmouth actually remixed it into a decent rap song.

I actually think T.I.s verse makes the song better.

I liked Snoops verses on I Wanna Love You. Lil Wayne did his thing on You. Ludarcis on Oh, Jay-Z on both of Beyonce's first singles, Nelly on Where The Party At...I agree with the Mike Jones one, thats why I only listen to the original. Im sure theres a few Diddy guest appearances that I cant remember.

All I can think of right now.
