It's definitely chelsea in England at the minute, all of the non-man utd fans i know want united to win the league.

Chelsea are hated out of envy though. Moan that they "bought" success but at the end of the day people are just pissed off cos their club never got taken over by a billionaire.

I want Man U to win the league, but I don't hate Chelsea. Tactically the 2005 Chelsea tem played the best football I've seen; Mourinho is a great coach and they have the right players in the right roles (Drogba, Robben, Makelele and especially Lampard have tremendous limitations but which never hurt the brilliant team play of Mourinho's first squad). A vintage Arsenal(2003-4) or Man U (1999 or so) could not have figured them out, IMHO.

Chelsea have regressed because they've removed their width, their defense is shot, and I guess they have some apathy.

Stupid that they can buy players like that. I like saying, so how many of your players are English? And watch them fumble through and name maybe 5 tops that are English, if theyre lucky. Usually a lot less. It would be cool if you played for the team of the Place youve spend the most time in.

I was brought up to hate man u and would still say they are most hated, Chelsea are certainly catching up though, you gotta hate how thousands of "fans" came out of the woodwork after Abramovich came in.

i think Man United was hated becase it took control of the primpership for more than a decade with a triple by the end of the centrury and a guess a extordianry win against juvy and bayern really made them top.

Certainly where I come from Man U are hated, but like any successful side Chelsea are now taking over from them across the country.
