Well guys things went well for about 45 seconds tonight. I landed a couple good leg kicks- threw a big head kick that missed unfortunately. Next thing I know I am out freakin cold in the ring. Big right hand knocked me out cold. Don't remember much about it. Moral of the story is this- you can lose to anyone at anytime with one punch. Much credit to Josh Williams. Good guy- good fighter- took the fight with me weighing 194 to his 180. Knocked me flat out in under a minute. Congrats man - great job. SOrry to the crowd for not fighting better but it just was not my night.

I don't remember much to be honest. However, I am fine now. We just drove 2 hours home. I was a little sick in the car but I am fine now. I want to stay up for a while though.......not good to sleep on a concussion.

Thats great bro. Make sure you wait a bit b4 taking anymore shots to the head. If you feel dizzy and sick for the next few days dont train hard and see a Dr.

oh yeah I was supposed to fight MMA march 1 but I am not now. I'll take a week off of striking and just teach BJJ to our new guys probably.

no second one. First one was in my second fight. IT was back in August though. It was severe...this one is not as bad.

They say rest is the best thing for it. Oh yeah, actually the best thing is to not get another one. Other than that rest up!

I don't plan on getting another one anytime soon! My daughter is going to be born soon so I will take a break for a while. I will probably teach BJJ/Vale Tudo to our new guys for a while and see how it goes from there. I need to take it easy man...I have been training every night for a year pretty much.

You live and you learn. As long as you don't repeat the same mistakes it doesn't matter if you win or lose. Just learn. With dedication and heart there are no real loses, something is always gained.

Like I said in my column.. I don't think you can see a fight as a loss.... You may have not beat your opponent but as long as you learned something you have always won! And besides that you also win respect by stepping into the ring. Props to you bro!

you win some, you loose some. U make some good, valid points and i commend you for that. It can be any given punch doing that. You are a true soldier...... just stay focused and keep fighting...... you are only moving forward. Learn from this and impliment it in your future fights.
