I just started today after 2 years of not swimming at all. I plan on hitting the pool at least 3 times maybe 5 once summer is officially here a week.
anybody else do it.
does it help? I really dont care cuz Ima do it anyway but the knowledge cant hurt.

it strengthen's all your chest/shoulders and improves your cardio at the same time. nothing beats swimming

it also helps in healing you muslce and makes it longer.
you would have higher stamina but there is one problem in swimming is that the fat goes up under the skin so you would have hard time in losing it

Man, I can't swim for ****, otherwise I'd prolly do it. I hear it's a great workout for boxing, depending on how you do it.
