I dont have aim here at work, but im pretty good at it.

prime cut is also trying to help via AIM, but I dont remember how to insert formulas..

Basically, I have 4 columns.

A is for a file number, B is a check amount, C is another amount, and I need D to be the difference between B and C.

So what is the formula and where do i input it?

=BX - CY

where x and y are the row #
