I thought I'd never see this one again.
This was an exhibition match in 1979. I believe it was an 8 rounder in front of 20,000 fans at Mile High Stadium.
Alzado actually looks decent for a football player turned boxer and moves pretty well for a big man.

Note how Ali holds his own in the clinches with Lyle, despite never using strength training in his regiment. Ali at the end of his career is only slightly weaker than a steroid using, weight-lifting football player. The old time methods aren't so horrible for strength are they?

Ali once humiliated Jim Brown who told Ali he could beat him. Ali sparred with his and embarrassed him till Brown admitted he was crazy. Alzado had a decent Amatuer boxing record I have read and was on tough bastard, who believed he was a true badass.
