Toney got the first round but Danny Green put on more pressure than i thought he would. James Toney was sounding like a asmatic pit pony in the 2nd and 3rd round.

I just got done watching it, man Danny Green is a tough little ****er, all of a sudden the middle/super middle ranks look loaded. I can't wait to watch him fight a guy his size without head gear. Every round he stayed right next to Toney, although Toney got the better of it overall Green landed some big shots of his own and I love how he punches off the slight break. More fighters should do that, although Green was telegraphing it a bit. Can't wait to see this guy fight!!! Toney is a nochalant stud!!

I tried to download them from the site that linked, but none of the videos they had worked for me. They all said "files corrupted"

I've seen all of greens fights and yes he is a tough little ****er, who never gives up, but he got beaten soundly in spearring by a much larger toney, but it shows he can whoop some ass in the supermiddleweight division.

This wasn't a **** talking contest!!! Green got the better of Toney plain and simple!!! Toney was snorting like a bull and talking BULL****!!! How can you say Toney controlled Green all while his back was on the ropes and he was gasping for air!!! Don't get me wrong! I'm not saying Green could beat him in a real fight without head gear, but green clearly got the better of this sparring session!!!

Also: When you click on the rounds it will ask you to open them or to save them to your computer. You must pick save and you have to rename the file!!! It will say like round1 and you have rename it as round1.mpg and save it and that should work!!!

I thought it was clearly stated that I had not heard about this, therefore it would logically follow that I would not have a time frame for it. Simple, see?

As fo my opinion of Toney, I absolutely love to see him fight, but I don't think he will ever be a legitimate heavyweight champion. If by some fluke he does manage to get a belt, he won't hold onto it for very long.
He is a good thing for the heavyweight division, though. Regadless of whether or not he wins a belt, he does add some excitement.

On the downside, he has seemed somewhat more beligerant following his last few fights. Was it the Jirov fight where he threw down the mic and was rude to Larry Merchant?
I don't think it really helps him in the long run to act this way, like he's on a roid rage.

most of the time head gear never fits right and slides around on your head, blocks your vision and if your new to the sport gives you a false sence of confidence(i've got headgear on so this shot won't hurt *uhhu* yes it does.).

I saw the video because i had heard like panzer is saying that Danny Green had kicked his ass but that wasnt even close to the case. Danny Green is on tough SOB thats for sure. Danny starts good moving and throwing, but then he decideds to lean on toney, had it been an official fight, Green would have been out-pointing Toney up till nearly the end. But you can see Toney seeing that Green is getting tired and he is letting him lean on him etc and pushes him back. Green starts breathing heavier and heavier every round, and bigger punches start raining in. Green's face goes from pink to red. Anyway Green is out landing Toney it seems but Toney is picking his spots and letting Green get tired, in the last round Green looks ready to go and almost does by vicious shots from toney. Had Roach not called Toney off green im sure Round 8 woulda been the end for Green.

However, i dont think Mundine wants this fight whereas Green does. ah well, wel have to see what happens but this one is up the top of my current dream fights.

NO. ALL ROUNDS ARE HELL for green , if you ever sparred or fought it s obvious .toney counters , that s is style so he doenst seems on the offense , but green proved he is really really tough to survive an HW beating for 7 rounds.
