being that i havent had any carbs what so ever today. and its 520pm
would it be that bad to have 2 slices of wheat bread even though im working on dropping weight.

plus this will be my final meal for the day and im going to run when i get home

OMG its two slices of whole wheat.. it won't do anything
try to get 3 eggs (only 1 yolk) and maybe a glass of milk with that
maybe 3 slices of wheat bread and that'd be good

trust me that's not a lot, i'd eat that meal 10 times a day and not worry bout gainin weight

oh hell yeah then as long as u burn it off, might as well have alittle more since your going to be running soon, cause u might feel guilty and eat more food cause it wasnt enough after u had ran

Eat oatmeal in the morning. Thats good carbs, and its only around 20 a serving. Then if you eat anything for dinner, add a little bit of carbs, like 5-10.

Breakfast:

- protein shake: milk, frozen berries, apple juice, whey protein, oatmeal
- black coffee
- 3 bananas (got hungry when I was stuck in traffic, these were supposed to be my snack before lunch) :ugh:
- vitamins

I had a mini-eating disorder in which I avoided all kinds of foods I thought weren't the A1 healthy type and it led to me being very bitter and weak at times. Now, I eat everything in moderation and find myself to be reaping the benefits. I think the eggs and toast is OK, as long as you don't go overboard with it.
