Yes, it has been on the news, crime programmes and so on. There is a hooligan problem in this country... have you seen our England fans abroad? Think that but on a slightly smaller scale and every weekend.

Did you see the documentary on Panorama about us in the World Cup. England fans abroad really are a disgrace. I am think i'm being a hypocrite though because I would probably act the same if I was in that situation, especially if I was surrounded by French/German people 24/7 LOLl.

Yeah we have a reputation but every football fan loves a good fight now and again imo.

And yeah of course there are hooligan firms. It's not as bad as it once was cos you can safely go to any premiership away game now but they are still around. My cousin used to be in the Millwall firm (no kidding, he was actually with the top boys travelling with 60 of em on a coach).

Although not all hooligans are animals, the way theyre portrayed in Green Street makes the GSE look like heroes when really hooligans just **** football matches up for everyone.

I though green street was a pretty good film.. I must say that Its a real stretch for elijah wood to play a tough guy since he looks about as menacing as a Stuffed toy..
In leciester when there is a footie match All i see are about 10000 cops.. so there is never any trouble..

yeah that movie was good. elijah would gave me the ****in ****s tho. wanted to spew at the end when he's got taht crack head pinned with his fist raised. did not pull off the tough man roll at all.

Green Street Hooligans was a pretty **** film imo. Was just a blatent rip off of Football Factory. The main characters accent lol wtf was he thinking. And the yank from Harry Potter, big NO. As if you can take a football hooligan film serious when you have a 3ft *****ole yank in it and the main guys accent sounds as if he's inbread.
