Perhaps its the fact I have three kids, two of which are in there mid to late teens.

I mix with people of all ages (I was a soldier for 14 years) but its one thing knowing someone and then becoming friends to meeting strangers who are from completely different backgrounds and age groups. It sounds great, lets up meet up and have a great night but...your old enough and wise enough to know that wont happen!
