As long as you jab high, it'll never feel like your punching a brick wall. i like that brick wall feeling. cause if i dont put a dent in the bag(move the sand around) im not hitting it hard enough and ill hit it harder until i get that feeling. I think im a power nerd.:blackeye: but my bag at the gym is only 100lbs and i move that like a rag doll so i punch at the bottom where the sand is so i can get harder punches on my bodyshots which has tired alot of ppl in sparring fitz1888 02-01-2007, 08:53 AM Well thanks guys, going to look at some 2morro and with any luck will find a decent 1. fitz1888 02-04-2007, 01:13 PM Well I had a look the other day at some bags and foudn a couple at a good price. My final question set of questions (for now) is what is the best type of filling for a bag? The one I am planning to buy at the moment is filled with rags. Is that good or bad and why? What is best? Thanks Young Legend 02-04-2007, 09:46 PM I usually go to titleboxing.com when I'm shopping for any boxing items. They seem to be pretty cheap after checking around other places. |
