filkenjutsu, a mix of filipino MA, muy thai, grappling, and kenpo

How old are the kids?

Take them to your house and have them sand your wooden fence in circular motions alternating each hand every board. Then when they do the whole yard have them Paint the fence With up and down motions every other board. Then make them wax your collection of rare and expensive cars. Wax in circular pattern with one arm and then wax off with the left hand in a circular pattern.

Then when they are done give them a car
