Just played through most of Pokemon Firered thinking it'd feel like a new game seeing as the last time I played I was in what, 8th grade? Amazingly I remembered it all very well, so I was a bit bored.

I'm wondering if it's worth it to pick up pokemon Emerald. I never played the Ruby and Saphire games and I think it'd be cool to play through a game with all new (for me) pokemon and a new storyline.

Are the ruby/saphire/emerald games pretty good?

I find myself playing my old pokemon games as well, it's like a guilty pleasure. I played the saphire version and thought it was cool. A lot more cool looking pokemon, not just the cute little puffy things. I would say go for it, rent it and see what it's like. There's 2 new pokemon games that are coming out later this year that are suppose to be rediculous, diamond and pearl I think.

Ready to be flamed LOL.

Well, psychic pokemon are considered the strongest pokemon in the game and mewtwo is the strongest psychic pokemon so I i guess he is.

I honestly can't figure out anything since they added more Poke'mon to the orginal 150....
