the front page of www.**********.com says that talks to fight diego corrales fell through and now Jose may be lined up to face Joel Casamayor. I say Castillo soundly defeats El Cepillo.

This is a fight I wouldn't mind seeing either. I actually think Casamayor is a tougher fight based on his style and him being a southpaw. I say Castillo beats Casamayor by decision in a very close fight. Could also end up a draw.

Does anyone think Corrales/Mayweather II can happen next year? I think the 2nd verse would be very diffrent from the 1st.

Cassamayor/Castillo is still plenty good, just not great. This is a big fight for both men, neither can afford to lose. I'll take Castillo.

Corrales got slaughtered in the Mayweather fight.
I wonder how far in weight will Corrales go, because if Mayweather beats Gatti he might make one defence against the mandatory for that belt, fight Tsyzu and go off to 147 (this is of course if Tszyu doesn't leave 140 first.)

In terms of style Castillo/Corrales would have been a super-fight, but Corrales probably would have stopped 'em mid-late..
