Nights usually. If I didn't have to get up so early for classes, I'd get in the swing of taking them in the morning. But for the most part, I take them at night.

I have to get up at 6:45 sometimes to go to school. So I shower at night when I come back from training.

I take them at night, I dont' like to lay in the bed nasty all night.
