Wait out, you only eat twice a day and small meals?

If so, its not enough for you, remember lack of carbs is not just damaging to your energy level but to your liver and kidneys.

6 hours of sleep and only 2 meals sounds so horrible, but I guess if you think it's working for you. I would not want to live a day like that, but good luck. I'm very curious on what the results will be, and I am hoping that you will prove every trainer (including me) and nutritionist wrong. Good luck once again.

haha. i normally sleep 4 hours a day. ive done this before, well similar. losing 25lbs in 3 weeks healthy.my losing weight ratio is incredible cause of my fast metabolism, all this is mostly for stamina though and mental disipline hence the 5a.m running and going to a physical job afterwards
